Homeward Bound?

In a season where we have been crying out for a goal scorer, with all hopes pinned on this January transfer window to provide one, it seems fitting as the Palace way that our first signing could be a goalkeeper! If the rumours are true, then Sao Paulo keeper Lucas Perri could be on his way to Selhurst on loan to ease a sudden injury crisis. This however, is not the only surprise transfer talk to suddenly emerge this week, as news broke on Sunday that Yohan Cabaye had been released from his Al Nasr contract.

In Safe Hands

It seems to have become a weekly cycle for us Palace fans to moan about our lack of a striker. I genuinely can't remember when I last felt happy about our options upfront. Goals are a major issue for us this season, as was once again highlighted on Saturday as we managed to throw away our lead to lose 2-1 at home to Watford. There was another key area however, that very much found itself in the spotlight on Saturday, and I am of course talking about the goalkeeper.
